Freedom is so close, I can almost taste it. I have five weeks of school left and then its to my senior trip and graduation. I tried on my royal blue cap tonight (not my first choice in color), and it hardly seems like it will ever come. I've successfully made it through my senior paper and SAT's, and now I'm off to my next great adventure. However, I still don't know what that will be considering that I haven't decided where I'm going in the fall. I get asked about my plans at least 5 times per day if not more, and I feel like wearing a billboard saying in bold letters that I have no clue or direction for my life. But in twenty-five days (or less) I'll be able to just relax and enjoy my summer!

Quick, Improvisational, Spirited
I am the last female of my family to get a blog, I never really wanted one because I know that I probably won't even write in it. But my sisters gave me no choice, they sat me down and made me think of a title. Now I have to figure out something interesting to write about:
I don't have very many favorites because I am pretty indecisive. But one of my favorite lines in one of my favorite books is "You're my mermaid now, lass" from the True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle.
I love to play the piano, although it seems that I have less and less time to do it these days with my last semester of high school coming to an end. My life often is like this:
Capriccio - A quick, improvisational, spirited piece of music.
A few of my "hates" are:
white socks with dress pants/shoes
tennis shoes with nice pants or skirts
anything unmatching
cooking
taco bell
when my sister, Devon, analyzes the novels I'm reading
Calculus homework
signing yearbooks
making decisions
If you're lucky I may finish that list, but my sisters will probably have to force me to sit down and write another blog, so that's it for now.
